AXIOM’s Art Rental Program redefines traditional staging, offering access to museum-caliber artwork curated with intention and restraint. Designed for projects where quality matters as much as impact, the program allows spaces to be presented with art of substance, without the immediate commitment of acquisition.
How the Program Works
Each engagement begins with a full curation by AXIOM, tailored to the scale, tone, and architectural language of the project. The rental fee is calculated as a percentage of the total retail value of the curated collection.
Initial Term
Six-month rental term
Fee: 5% of the total retail value of the curation
Renewal Term
One additional six-month renewal available
Renewal fee: 4% of the total retail value
All rental terms are non-refundable.

The Art Rental Program is fully turnkey and includes:
Professional delivery
Expert installation
Full insurance coverage for the duration of the rental term
Every detail is managed to ensure the artwork is presented and protected to the highest standard throughout the engagement.
Purchase Opportunity
Art has a way of evolving from consideration to conviction. Should a client choose to purchase any artwork during the rental period, a refund is issued for each piece sold.
The refunded amount equals 5% of the final sales price for that specific work
Refunds are issued upon completion of the sale and full funding
This structure allows clients to live with the artwork before committing, while ensuring rental fees are not lost when a purchase is made.
