212 Atelier Collection
AXIOM Fine Art is proud to have collaborated with Design Studio 15 and Luxury Living on the 212 Fifth Avenue Penthouse, perfectly named the 212 Atelier Collection. The Penthouse, presented by Madison Equities and Sotheby’s Realty, is located at 212 Fifth Ave, NYC and is currently the second most expensive penthouse in the USA, according to Business Insider. AXIOM had the honor of curating the penthouse with a uniquely exclusive collection of over 70 works that speaks to the high end New York culture and lifestyle.
“A lavish, 15-suite hideaway in one of Orlando’s most enviable locations, Isolé Villas, a luxuriously designed 25,000-square-foot private residence within a private golf community, is designed to tell a story as guests are drawn from one statement-making room to another. Social spaces each have their own character, and connect with each other and the outdoor living areas beyond. Design Studio 15 interior designers Shanna Bender and Franky Hernandez joined forces with architectural designer Dan DeLong and McNally Construction to detail interior specifications from concept to completion. Grand architectural detailing, cool Italian marble, unexpected finishes, and carefully curated works from Axiom Fine Art provide the perfect backdrop for each and every furniture piece selected and detailed by Wasser’s Furniture.”

“Gourmands will fall in love with the modern kitchen, which features marble countertops and a matching center island, hardwood floors, and state-of-the-art appliances. The formal dining room is anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that will keep diners warm on chilly New York nights. Artwork from Axiom Fine Art anchors the space.”

Our cover was shot on location in the Crown Penthouse of the 24-story 212 Fifth Avenue. The three-level space features more than 10,000 square feet of interiors and 5,700 square feet of outdoor space. With sweeping views of Madison Square Park and other cityscapes, the ultra-luxe home boasts a private elevator, three fireplaces, five full bathrooms and several bars. The building (on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 26th Street) was developed by Madison Equities and designed by Helpern Architects, with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives. Shanna Bender, from Design Studio 15, curated furniture selections, including pieces from Fendi Casa, Trussardi Casa and Bentley Home, with art sourced by Russell A. Glotfelty of Axiom Fine Art Consulting and terrace pieces from Gandia Blasco. Sotheby’s International Realty is leading the sale and marketing of this residence; more information at 212 Fifth Avenue.
